This is possible at the upcoming event Talents and Onboarding with Dennis Nørmark and Ballard!

The event takes place on April 13^th with Mariagerfjord Erhverv as hosts.
You will get a chance to meet and network with potential new talents for your company as well as hear interesting presentations from the company Ballard Power Systems Europe A/S and anthropologist, author and speaker, Dennis Nørmark. 

Since 2018, Ballard has increased their number of international employees, and their European team will continue to grow in the years to come. So you will have the chance to hear their inspiring experiences with recruiting and onboarding international talents.

Dennis Nørmark sheds light on cultural understanding and differences, an important factor to consider when welcoming new international employees. You will get an entertaining and informative explanation of what to consider in the meeting with other cultures.This is a good opportunity if you would like to put culture on the agenda of your company!
